Purpose:
This Operating Agreement outlines the management, responsibilities, and operational procedures of XYZ LLC US, established for the purpose of engaging in lawful business activities in accordance with applicable law.
Management:
The LLC shall be managed by the Members as specified, with decision-making authority vested in accordance with the provisions herein.
Capital Contributions:
