Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Pine Street, Springfield, IL 62706, or other real estate as mutually agreed upon in subsequent negotiations.
Home Equity Sharing Terms:
The Investor shall contribute a specified amount towards the property’s value in exchange for a share of the property’s appreciation or equity upon sale, as detailed herein.
