Event Details:
The event shall take place at 123 Main Plaza, New York, NY 10003, on March 15, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or as otherwise specified herein.
Services & Compensation:
The vendor agrees to provide catering, decoration, and entertainment services as detailed in the scope of work. The total fee for services shall be $10,000, payable as 50% upfront and the remaining upon completion.
Vendor Responsibilities:
The vendor commits to providing all services in a professional manner, adhering to health and safety standards, and coordinating with the client to ensure event success.
Governing Law:
