Business Confidentiality Agreement (Sample)

Parties Involved:

Disclosing Party: XYZ Corporation

Receiving Party: ABC Inc.

Confidential Information:

Any non-public, proprietary, or confidential information shared between the parties, whether written, oral, or in any other form, related to the business, operations, or strategies of the disclosing party.

Obligations:

The receiving party shall keep all confidential information strictly confidential, use it solely for the purpose of the engagement, and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent of the disclosing party.

Term:

This agreement shall commence on the date signed below and shall continue for a period of two (2) years unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.
