Property Description:
The property subject to this escrow is located at 1010 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90004, or other designated real estate as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Escrow Terms:
The escrow agent shall hold the deposit funds of the Buyer in escrow until the conditions for release are met as outlined herein, including transfer of clear title and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
