Money Loan Agreement Sample (U.S.)

Parties Involved:

Lender: John Doe Lending Co.
Address: 123 Finance Street, New York, NY 10001

Borrower: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Loan Description:

The Borrower agrees to borrow the principal amount of $10,000 from the Lender, to be repaid with interest as specified herein, under the terms of this agreement.

Loan Terms:

The loan shall bear an interest rate of 5% per annum. Repayment shall be made in monthly installments over 12 months, starting on the 1st of the month following disbursement.

Borrower’s Responsibilities:

The Borrower agrees to repay the loan in accordance with the schedule outlined above and to maintain communication with the Lender regarding any issues affecting repayment.

Governing Law:
