Product Description:

This agreement pertains to the manufacturing, supply, and distribution of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) designated under the OEM specifications at 789 Automotive Rd, Detroit, MI 48205, or other authorized products as specified.

Terms and Conditions:

The OEM Supplier agrees to produce and supply the specified products in accordance with the quality standards outlined herein, and the Distributor agrees to purchase and market the products under the terms of this agreement.

OEM Responsibilities:
