Parties Involved:

Referring Party: ABC Referral Services LLC

Receiving Party: XYZ Business Inc.
Address: 456 Elm Avenue, New York, NY 10002

Referral Details:

The referring party shall introduce potential clients or customers to the receiving party, as specified in subsequent negotiations and communications.

Referral Fee Terms:

The receiving party agrees to pay the referring party a fee of 10% of the net revenue received from each successful transaction directly attributable to the referral, payable within 30 days of receipt of funds.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The referring party shall make all reasonable efforts to introduce qualified leads and provide pertinent information, while the receiving party shall notify the referring party of any successful transactions resulting from the referral.

Governing Law:
