Parties Involved:
Principal: XYZ Corporation

Sales Agent: ABC Sales Agency

Scope of Agency:
The Sales Agent shall promote and sell the Principal’s products/services within the specified territory, following the terms set forth herein.
Commission Terms:
The Sales Agent shall earn a commission of 7% on each sale directly resulting from the Agent’s efforts, payable upon the successful completion of each transaction.
Agent Responsibilities:
The Agent shall actively promote the Principal’s offerings, provide necessary product information, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
