Product Description:

The products involved under this agreement include various goods as specified in purchase orders, including but not limited to electronics, apparel, and accessories, to be supplied and sold in accordance with this contract.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

The retailer shall purchase products at prices listed in Schedule A. Payment shall be due within 30 days of invoice receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
