Scope of Services:
The Advisor shall provide strategic consulting, industry analysis, and guidance related to the client’s business operations as specified in this agreement.
Compensation:
The client agrees to pay the Advisor a fee of $10,000 per month, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt, or as otherwise specified herein.
Advisor Responsibilities:
