Parties Involved:
Licensor: ABC Brands Inc.

Licensed Brand:
The licensor grants the licensee the right to use the brand name, logo, trademarks, and associated intellectual property rights related to the “ABC Brand” for the purposes specified herein within the United States.
Scope of License:
The licensee is authorized to produce, market, and sell products bearing the licensed brand logo in the designated territories, subject to quality control standards and stipulated limitations.
Royalties and Payment Terms:
The licensee shall pay a royalty fee of 10% of gross sales derived from the licensed products, payable quarterly, with detailed reporting requirements.
Licensor Responsibilities:
