Parties Involved:

Purpose of the Agreement:

This consortium aims to jointly develop and commercialize innovative technology in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

Contributions of Parties:

Party A shall contribute $500,000 and research expertise, while Party B shall provide facilities and technical support as detailed in Schedule A.

Parties’ Responsibilities:
