Equipment Description:
The equipment subject to this agreement includes one (1) handheld power drill, model #HD123, serial number ABC987654, and accessories listed in Schedule A, located at the address specified above or elsewhere as agreed.
Loan Terms:
The lender agrees to loan the equipment to the borrower for a period of 30 days, beginning on ____________ and ending on ____________, unless extended or terminated earlier as specified herein.
