Parties Involved:

Coach: Jane Doe Coaching Services

Scope of Services:

The coach agrees to provide coaching sessions focused on personal development, goal setting, and skill improvement as outlined in this agreement.

Coaching Sessions:

Sessions shall be held weekly, lasting approximately one hour each, starting from the date of agreement signing, either in person or via video conference, as mutually agreed.

Fees and Payment Terms:
