1. Introduction
This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the software and services provided by Our Company (“Provider”). By accessing or using the software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal or authorized business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, nor copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Provider.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the software and related materials are owned by Provider or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the software or services.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, CA.
7. Termination
Provider may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, your license shall cease, and you must uninstall the software.
8. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Provider regarding the use of the software.
- Any amendments must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
