Service Description:

This agreement pertains to the resale of the SaaS platform provided by TechCloud Solutions LLC, including access to proprietary software, support, and updates as specified herein.

Commission Terms:

The reseller shall receive a commission of 20% of the monthly subscription fees collected from end-users, payable monthly, or as otherwise agreed.

Reseller Responsibilities:

The reseller agrees to promote, market, and sell the SaaS services in accordance with the terms of this agreement and applicable laws, maintaining professional standards.
