Event Details:

The event covered by this agreement is scheduled for August 15, 2023, located at Central Park, New York, NY, or other designated venue as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Services to be Provided:

The vendor shall provide food and beverage services including setup, service, and cleanup, as specified in the attached menu and service outline.

Payment Terms:

The organizer shall pay the vendor a total fee of $5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% within 24 hours after the conclusion of the event.

Vendor Responsibilities:

The vendor agrees to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, arrive on time, and ensure high-quality service throughout the event duration.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
