Simple Business Agreement US Sample

Parties Involved:

Party A: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA

Party B: ABC LLC
Address: 456 Oak Avenue, Anytown, USA

Scope of Work:

Party B agrees to provide the services outlined in Schedule A attached to this agreement, including any deliverables and timelines specified therein.

Payment Terms:

Party A shall pay Party B a total of $10,000, payable in installments as detailed in Schedule B, upon completion of specific milestones or as otherwise agreed.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

Party A shall provide necessary access, resources, and cooperation to enable Party B to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. Party B shall perform the services diligently and in accordance with industry standards.

Governing Law:
