Parties Involved:

Franchisor: XYZ Franchising Inc.

Franchisee: ABC Investments LLC

Franchise Location:

The franchise will operate at 789 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75202, or other designated location as specified in subsequent amendments.

Term of Agreement:

This agreement is valid for an initial period of five (5) years, commencing from the effective date, with options for renewal as per this agreement’s provisions.

Fees and Royalties:

The franchisee shall pay an initial franchise fee of $50,000, plus ongoing royalty payments of 6% of gross monthly sales, payable monthly on the 15th day.

Franchisee Responsibilities:

The franchisee agrees to operate the franchise in accordance with the franchisor’s standards, use approved branding materials, and maintain quality control standards as outlined in the operations manual.
