Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Commercial Avenue, Anytown, USA, or other designated premises as specified herein.

Term of Lease:

This agreement shall commence on __________ and shall continue until __________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Rent and Payment Terms:
