Purpose of Agreement:
The advisory member agrees to provide strategic guidance and expertise to Supporting Hands Nonprofit to advance its mission and objectives, as specified herein and in subsequent communications.
Advisory Member Responsibilities:
The advisory member shall attend meetings, offer counsel based on experience, and assist in outreach and strategic planning, all in accordance with nonprofit governance standards.
Term and Compensation:
