Property Description:
The property covered by this agreement is located at 789 Sunset Blvd, Miami, FL 33140, or other specified pool locations as agreed upon.
Scope of Services:
The service provider shall perform regular pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and other related pool care services as outlined in this agreement.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a monthly fee of $150 for the scheduled services, payable within 5 days of invoice receipt. Additional services shall be billed separately as agreed.
