Access Provider: XYZ Access Services LLC
Address: 456 Elm Street, Springfield, IL 62705

Property Description:

The property located at 789 Maple Avenue, Springfield, IL 62706, including the surrounding premises and access points necessary for authorized entry as detailed herein.

Access Terms:

The access provider shall be granted permission to enter and utilize the specified property solely for the purposes agreed upon, during the designated times and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The property owner agrees to provide the necessary access and ensure the safety of all authorized personnel. The access provider commits to conducting activities responsibly and refraining from causing damage or disturbance.

Governing Law:
