Property Description:

The property to be settled in this agreement is located at 789 Maple Road, Anytown, NY 10003, including all fixtures and improvements thereon, as detailed in the attached exhibit.

Settlement Terms:

The total purchase price for the property shall be $500,000, payable by the Buyer to the Seller upon closing, subject to adjustments and prorations as specified herein.
