Content Description:
The content to be created under this agreement includes videos, images, and posts related to the client’s products or services, as detailed in the project scope.
Compensation Terms:
The content creator shall be compensated a flat fee of $5,000 per deliverable, payable within 14 days upon acceptance of each completed content piece, or as otherwise specified herein.
Creator Responsibilities:
The creator agrees to produce content according to the specifications outlined, adhere to deadlines, and ensure all content complies with applicable laws and brand guidelines.
Intellectual Property & Rights:
