Service Description:
The Service Provider agrees to perform the services as detailed in the scope of work attached hereto, including but not limited to consulting, analysis, and reporting relevant to the client’s needs.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of $X,XXX per service or project, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt. The fee may be adjusted for additional services as agreed in writing.
