Custody Terms:
Full legal and physical custody of the child shall be granted to Parent 1, with visitation rights for Parent 2 as detailed below. Both parties agree to cooperate in making decisions related to the child’s welfare, education, and healthcare.
Visitation Schedule:
Parent 2 shall have visitation every second weekend from Friday at 6:00 PM to Sunday at 6:00 PM, and alternating holidays as specified in Schedule A attached.
Parent Responsibilities:
Both parents shall ensure the child’s emotional and physical well-being, coordinate transportation for visitations, and communicate openly regarding the child’s needs and issues.
