Parties:

Venue Description:

The venue covered by this agreement is the Main Hall located at 123 Celebration Ave, New York, NY 10001, including any designated areas as specified in subsequent communications.

Rental Terms:

The Lessee shall pay a rental fee of $2,000 for the use of the hall, payable prior to or upon the commencement of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed upon.
