Storage Unit Description:

The storage unit involved in this agreement is located at 123 Warehouse Road, Houston, TX 77001, unit number 45, with dimensions of 10×20 feet, or as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Rental Terms:

The Lessee shall pay a monthly rent of $150, payable in advance on the first day of each month. The rental period begins on ____________________, and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated per this agreement.
