Scope of Work:
The contractor agrees to perform the services outlined in Schedule A, including project development, consulting, and related activities, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Compensation:
The company shall pay the contractor a fee of $X per hour, or a fixed sum of $Y, payable upon receipt of invoice, for work completed under this agreement.
Independent Contractor Status:
