Software Reseller Agreement Sample

Software Description:

The applicable software products under this agreement include licenses for the “Alpha Software Suite” and related items, as specified in Schedule A.

Reseller Terms:

The reseller shall promote, market, and sell the software products within the designated territory under the terms outlined herein. The reseller shall not modify or sublicense the software without prior approval.

Compensation & Payment:

The reseller shall earn a commission of 20% of the net sales revenue on each sale, payable monthly upon receipt of payment from customers.

Reseller Responsibilities:

The reseller shall actively promote the software, provide customer support, and adhere to the branding and marketing guidelines provided by the software provider.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality:
