Sample Recruitment Services Agreement (US)

Parties Involved:

Recruitment Agency: ABC Recruitment LLC

Client: XYZ Corporation

Scope of Services:

The Recruitment Agency agrees to identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates for the Client’s employment opportunities as specified in this agreement.

Fee Structure:

The Client shall pay the Recruitment Agency a fee of 20% of the first-year annual gross compensation of each candidate hired through the agency’s efforts, payable within 30 days of the candidate’s start date.

Agency Responsibilities:

The Agency will source, screen, and recommend suitable candidates and assist in the interview process to support the Client in hiring decisions.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and candidate data shared during the term of this agreement.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of New York County.

Additional Provisions:

• The Client agrees to provide accurate job descriptions and timely feedback on candidates presented.
• This agreement can only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
• Payment of fees is contingent upon the candidate’s commencement of employment with the Client.
