Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 123 Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001, or another designated rental property as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Rental Terms:
The guest agrees to pay a total rental fee of $500 for the stay, payable upon reservation confirmation, or as otherwise specified herein.
Host Responsibilities:
