Item Description:
The item subject to this agreement is a commercial office space located at 789 Downtown Street, New York, NY 10005, or other designated property as specified herein.
Price and Payment Terms:
The total purchase price shall be $1,000,000, payable as follows: an initial deposit of $100,000 upon signing this agreement, and the remaining $900,000 at closing. Payment shall be made via wire transfer or other mutually agreed method.
Seller Responsibilities:
