Nanny Employment Agreement Sample (US)

Position Description:

The Nanny is engaged to provide childcare services at the employer’s residence, including supervision, feeding, daily activities, and transportation as mutually agreed.

Compensation:

The Nanny shall be paid an hourly rate of $15, payable weekly, and shall be entitled to scheduled paid time off as outlined in this agreement.

Responsibilities of the Nanny:
